Jose Daniel Flores' distinguished career includes prestigious positions in the academic world as well as in churches with notable choral programs. He has directed prize winning choirs in different schools in San Jaun where he was also the Dean of Academic Affairs at the Conservatory of Music founded by Pablo Casals.
Flores has studied under highly regarded conductors such as Helmuth Rilling, Don Moses and Fred Stoltzfus, among others. His comprehensive training includes a Doctorate in Sacred Music from the Oxford Graduate Theological Foundation, a Masters Degree in Choral Conducting with a minor in Organ from the University of Illinois and a Bachelors in Music Education with a minor in Instrumental Conducting from the Conservatory of Music in San Juan.
Since February 2003 Dr. Flores holds the position of Director of Music /Organist at the Community Church of Vero Beach where he has already established a reputation for excellent musical performances.
