Following in depth research and commitment from the organ committee, Community Church will become home to one of the finest organs in the southeast. The installation of a new Lively-Fulcher organ will balance out the Chancel. The Sanctuary has been renovated to include Jerueslum tile, new carpet and beautiful warm wood features, which flow into the Narthex. In addition, the Sanctuary ceiling has been raised to create a better acoustical atmosphere, while additional acoustical treatments enhance the sound value of the space and allow everyone to clearly hear the music and the spoken word. The sound booth has been relocated to the mezzanine level to create a more suitable area for the sound technician to work and oversee the acoustics during the worship services and Sanctuary events. The restrooms have been expanded and the Garden Room has been remodeled.
