Sunday Mornings Aboard the Ark!

 

 

Each Sunday morning children Pre-K through grade 12 begin their morning in the Sanctuary with their parents. After the Children’s Moment, all the children and youth are encouraged to attend their specific Sunday school program. Pre-K and K parents may take their children to their rooms. Grades 1 – 6 will gather in the Courtyard to meet their Crew volunteers before moving to their special workshop for the morning. 

 

The Worship Bulletin and signs located in various areas of the Education Building will guide parents to the appropriate workshop room to sign out their child following the worship service.

 

 

 

Pre-K & Kindergarten 

Pre-K and Kindergarten ages gather on the first floor of the Education Building each Sunday. Parents may sign in/out their child(ren) in their appropriate rooms 10 minutes prior to the worship service or immediately following the Children’s moment portion of the service. All children will enjoy interacting with the daily Bible lesson presented by our fabulous volunteer team. Each Sunday the children will also enjoy some play time on the playground (weather permitting).

  

 

  

Grades 1-4

Each Sunday, children in grades 1 – 4 take a journey to a new workshop room to experience the day’s biblical story in a different way. The workshop rotation rooms allow the children to experience Bible stories – not just read them; the different rooms help nurture each child’s learning style and encourage each child’s light to shine! Whether it’s through a movie, making a clay sculpture, baking a cookie, or playing a game, all of our children are excited for the adventure that awaits them each and every week!

Signs located in various areas of the Education Building will guide parents to the appropriate workshop. After worship is over, parents may sign out their child from their workshop rooms.
