Nursery

The Nursery Ministry serves children ages birth through 36 months old. 

What can I expect on Sunday mornings?

Every Sunday, there will be joyous caregivers to greet your family! They will remain in the same room so your children will get to know them. Our caregivers provide a pager for you in order to communicate how your child is doing or if your child is in need of a parent. The safety of your child is of utmost importance to us. After the service, your child can be picked up by a parent and at that time we ask that you return your pager. If you are bringing a stroller or want a lift upstairs, there is an elevator located on the northwest side of the Education Building (click here for campus map).

What if I’m not comfortable leaving my baby?

We understand that it is a leap of faith to entrust your child to someone else. First, please know that our caregivers love the children and want to make this a safe and happy place for them. Yet we also understand that you may want to keep your child with you until you feel more comfortable leaving them in our nurseries. If this is the case, the Garden Room of our main Sanctuary is a great place to experience the worship service with your child. Our Garden Room and Narthex are equipped with real time-monitors for viewing of the Worship Service. You can feel as though you are in the Sanctuary, while the little ones walk around if need be!

The Hatchlings

(Birth through 23 months)

Located on the second floor in the East wing of the Education Building, Nursery I has beautiful murals with age appropriate toys. The caregivers enjoy playing on the floor, cuddling, and singing to the babies.

The Beach

(24 months through 36 months)

Located on the second floor in the East wing of the Education Building, Nursery II is a large inviting space where the children will enjoy an age-appropriate Bible story and craft. Of course there's plenty of time for playing and having a tasty snack!
