I grew up in the Midwest -amidst cornfields! For some reason, I have a great sense of direction. (It could be all the times I was lost on country roads in the middle of no-where!) My family was Christ centered which meant going to church very often...something I took for granted for a long time.

After a brief stint in college, I decided to go and "see the world". On this voyage I met the love of my life, Eric. Oddly enough, we met in Idaho! Together we have traveled the nation and the world. We have lived in Michigan, Illinois, New York, Massachusetts, and Florida! The pride and joy of our lives are our two boys: Tristan and Simon. Each and every day I feel so blessed to be a part of their lives. They are infinite balls of energy - and I love every minute of it. Although I don't want them to grow up, I look forward to seeing the men they will become.

Together we enjoy camping, fishing & boating (well I like reading!), swimming, flying, digging in the sand, disc golf, and anything FUN!

As I continue my education in pursuit of a Master’s in Family Therapy and Counseling, I am encouraged every day with my favorite verse:  Philippians 4:13, "I can do all things through Christ which strengtheneth me. (KGV)" What a powerful message! There is no CAN'T, only possibility with God!
