Tapestry Brass
Tapestry Brass
Tapestry Brass is a chamber music ensemble with a unique stewardship.  This professional brass quintet seeks to bring glory to God while focusing their musical gifts toward worship. The quintet strives to exemplify the spiritual inspiration of composers and arrangers of sacred music by offering the finest brass music at services of worship, weddings, concerts and community festivals, conventions, and other occasions. Possessing an energetic spirit, superb tone and balance, Tapestry Brass is dedicated to performing brass chamber music at the highest level of excellence. Using standard brass quintet instrumentation — two trumpets, horn, trombone, and tuba — our common goal is the expansion of the parameters of brass chamber music while maintaining its rich lineage. A broad repertoire includes all of the traditions of past centuries (Renaissance, Baroque, Classical, Romantic) and many new arrangements exploring other styles of music. Exciting new arrangements, versatile performers, a unique ensemble sound, and a dedication to excellence make Tapestry Brass a most enjoyable experience.   The group has performed at major liturgical conferences, where it has demonstrated the flexibility of the brass quintet in worship settings
