Poetry & Music Series
Thursday, December 11 at 11 a.m. in Grace Chapel

This unique offering combines the spoken word from nationally-recognized and published poets and music repertoire performed by local musicians to enrich our Advent season of waiting for Christ's coming. Join us each Thursday in Advent to experience a different approach to the themes and emotions the season can evoke. December 11 will feature "Poetry in Song" with soprano Rachel Carter Murphy, violinist Sasha Korczynski, and organist Jill Truax.

This family friendly event is open to all from ages 2 to 92! We provide the "fixins" and you bring your holiday spirit and creativity to Commotion, at the corner of 18th avenue and 22nd street!

Advent Dinner December 14

If you made your reservation, we'll see you December 14th for an evening of “Fa, la la’s”, food, fun, and fellowship!

 

Our Advent Dinner is Fried Chicken and 3 sides, and all are invited to bring your favorite Holiday Dessert to share.

 

$15/adult $10/child under 10

"The Longest Night"

A service of stillness, hope & prayer in Grace Chapel

For many, the holiday season can be a tender and difficult time especially in the midst of grief, loss, or hardship.

The Longest Night offers a quiet space for worship, reflection, and prayer to honor whatever the season stirs within you. With gentle music, a message of hope, and the warm intimacy of Grace Chapel, this service invites you to rest, remember, and be held in sacred stillness.
