Biography
Dr. Fioriti holds masters and doctoral degrees in spiritual care and transformative leadership from the Iliff School of Theology, an ecumenical seminary and graduate school historically associated with the United Methodist Church.
In her own words, Dr. Fioriti envisions the local church “as a vibrant tapestry of relationships: people gathered across generations, cultures, and experiences, because they are committed to walking together.” She further expresses her “dream” for church as a place and community “where people show up as their full selves and where stories—messy, painful, and joyful—are shared without fear of judgment” and as a place in which people can be assured that “their lives matter, their pain is held, and their joy is celebrated.”
