The Community Church of Vero Beach (CCOVB)—known for being a church where the statement “everyone is welcome” really does mean everyone—is seeking a full time Director for Children and Family Ministry with an entrepreneurial spirit who can extend our reach throughout the Treasure Coast.  CCOVB is also known for their generosity and mission to the community, for their ecumenical and interfaith partnerships and, perhaps most distinctly, for their unparalleled music and fine arts department.  Celebrating their 100th Anniversary, CCOVB is poised to launch into the next century as a vital and relevant church that equips those desiring to follow the way of Jesus and to more fully embody the love of God in the world today.  To that end, CCOVB is committed to investing in new and innovative approaches to spiritual formation, and to fully support someone who can foster a shared vision of ministries to children and their families, as well as the leadership qualities to actualize that shared vision.
 
Minimum of a bachelor's degree, 3-5 years of experience working with children and families, and familiarity with and commitment to the values of the United Church of Christ here.
