Biography
Dr. Kines describes his ministry as co-laboring with God and those committed to the actualization of God's kin-dom, a beloved community on earth as it is in heaven, a world characterized by belonging and dignity for all God's children.
Ordained in 2005 through the Disciples of Christ, Jacob earned his M.Div. from Emory University's Candler School of Theology and his Ph.D. from the University of Denver and Iliff School of Theology.
Jacob joins CCOVB with his wife Valerie, daughters Kate and Evie, and son Sam.
